2. Scope of Services

Eldoria provides personalized consultation sessions, informational guides, and printed handbooks to assist pensioners in identifying suitable coverage solutions. All offerings are designed to address the needs of individuals aged 60 and above.

3. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate personal details and relevant background to enable proper advisory support. Reservations and purchases made under misleading data may be subject to cancellation without refund.

4. Categories and Refund Policy

4.1 Services

Definition: Live consultation appointments and planning sessions. A full refund of any fees paid will be issued if a cancellation request is submitted at least 72 hours before the scheduled start, minus a processing fee of CHF 10. Refund requests are processed within 14 days using the same payment means. Appointments may be rescheduled once at no extra charge with a minimum of 48 hours advance notice. Transfers of service slots to another eligible person are possible when requested in writing at least 7 days prior, subject to verification and no additional fees.

Non-Refundable Packages: Certain premium planning packages require allocation of expert time and resources. These offerings are explicitly non-refundable due to the time commitment reserved exclusively for each individual.

4.2 Information Products

Definition: Digital guides and downloadable materials in electronic format. Purchasers may cancel within 14 days of acquisition provided that the file has not been accessed or downloaded. Once access or download occurs, the digital product is final and not subject to a refund. To request cancellation, please complete the contact form. Approved cancellations are finalized within 7 days of confirmation.

4.3 Physical Goods

Definition: Printed handbooks, reference materials, and other tangible items. Upon receipt, customers have 30 days to initiate a refund request. Goods must be shipped back in original condition to our address at Bundesplatz 3. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt and quality check, covering only the purchase amount. 5. Changes to Terms

Eldoria reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The updated effective date will appear above. Continued use of the platform after adjustments constitutes acceptance.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Bern.
